Our Project Administrators allow your engineering staff to focus on the technical aspects of the project.  We are there to support you!  We can receive direction from your Project Manager and Construction Manager or provide project support as part of the project management team.

Typical Project Administrator Responsibilities

Our Project Administrator supports your project needs, manages local project office activities and provides documentation to contractors.  The administrator is your professional agent.

Some of our typical responsibilities include:

  • Subcontractor coordination assistance

  • Processing and tracking of RFI’s

  • Preparation of bid packages for distribution
