Our Construction Managers have many years of experience in the field along
with extensive knowledge of federal and local OSHA safety regulations. They
become knowledgeable of your plant’s safety procedures and ensure all contractors
conform to these rules. They become the liaison and coordinator between contractors,
your engineers and your plant. Effective communication is their specialty!
Typical Construction Manager Responsibilities
The roles and responsibilities of the Construction Manager begin during the
pre-construction phase and continue throughout the construction phase, concluding
with the completion of punch list items and project close-out. The degree
of involvement in each of these phases is contingent upon the complexity of
the project as well as the degree to which you wish our Construction Manager
to participate in the project.
Our Construction Managers are responsible for jobsite safety, quality of
installation and productivity, all as they apply to the project scope. We
ensure the completion of all construction activities in a safe and professional
manner, on-time and without disruption to plant production. The Construction
Manager is your professional agent.
