Our Project Managers have extensive industry knowledge, including rules and
regulations of FDA, USDA, and other governing agencies. We also have a broad
range of knowledge in engineering and construction along with an understanding
of local and national building codes.
We are available to lead an engineering project or to supplement your company’s
project management capabilities. The Project Manager ensures your projects
get off to the right start. We’re available to size up any or all aspects of
a project-in-progress. If you need us to rescue a project in jeopardy, we’re
available too!
Typical Project Manager Responsibilities
The roles and responsibilities of the Project Manager begin during the pre-construction
phase and continue throughout the construction phase, concluding with the completion
of punch list items and project close-out. The degree of involvement in each
of these phases is contingent upon the complexity of the project as well as
the degree to which you wish our Project Manager to participate in the project.
Our Project Managers are responsible for feasibility, financial and schedule
supervision, all as they apply to the project scope. The Project Manager awards
contracts, tracks project progress and cash flow. After construction is complete,
the Project Manager is involved in determining if objectives have been met,
and finally, completes the project closeout. The Project Manager is your professional
agent.
